Job Description
A well-established client in the Leeds area is looking for a Telesales/Telemarketing Executive. This company is currently growing and looking to expand. The role itself is all warm calling and looking after existing clients in order to create more sales.
Main duties include:
To make outgoing calls to existing and potential new clients To sell the products and services provided by the company To achieve sales targets as set by the company To make a minimum of sixty dial outs per day To record customer and call information on the company software systems To achieve activity targets as set by the company To treat customers in a professional and courteous manner To liaise and communicate with other departments To attend training sessions on product and sales techniques To complete performance and activity records as directed by the Telemarketing Manager To attend performance appraisals and reviews as directed by the Telemarketing Manager To attend sales meetings as required Any other duties as may be reasonably required
The Basic salary is £18,000 (£25,000 OTE), and the company provide parking and the working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Applicants must have previous telesales or telemarketing experience.
