Job Description

Sales Support Co-Coordinator Based Leeds Salary: £18,000

HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 Per week (Hours of work will be flexible and dictated by the needs of the business, therefore it is expected that the successful applicant will work those hours necessary to successfully discharge the duties of the role).

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Ability to empathise and build rapport with customers is essential

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Good IT skills are essential

  • Able to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets

  • Able to work both on your own initiative and as a team player

  • Highly motivated/Self starter

  • Enthusiastic with a passion to succeed within a growing company

ROLE PURPOSE:

  • To support the client database at all times, whilst working to sales targets.

  • To share best practice

  • To deliver an efficient and professional client experience at all times.

  • To promote the business at all available opportunities

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience of working towards and achieving targets

  • Proven track record within an outcome driven environment

  • Experience of working within a financial services organisation

  • Experience of telephone-based financial services

  • Previous experience within a contact centre preferably in an outbound dialling environment

KEY OUTPUTS

  • Outbound calling and rapport building with our client base

  • To contact leads generated by marketing / advertising

  • Discuss the multiple products available to our over 55's client base

  • Negotiate the booking of first appointments

  • To turn opportunities into appointments
