Job Description

Office Manager                              £20 000               South Leeds

A national based company with a technical office in Leeds are looking for an Office Manager to start as soon as possible.

The role is to support the Office Director and to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide administrative support to the other member s of the team.

Main Duties

  •          To be the first point of contact in the office answering telephone calls, dealing with visitors and arranging refreshments.
  •          Audio typing minutes, reports, and other routine documents to a high professional standard.
  •          Compilation, formatting, quality checking and binding reports.
  •          Diary management, travel and hotel booking and arranging video conferencing.
  •          Acting as Fire Marshall and First Aider

This is a small office part of a much larger network. All applicants must realise that due to the technical nature it can be quiet at times and often there will only be a few people in the office at a time. There is however a strong network of office managers across the country who converse on a daily basis. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to work under pressure and meet deadline have strong organisational skills and will definitely need a good sense of humour!
