Job Description

We are looking for an experienced support worker to work in a supported living service in Castleford for 6 people with moderate to severe learning disabilities, sensory impairments and physical disabilities. There is also some outreach work attached to the services.The right candidate will be flexible and have a person centred approach, preferably a driver.
