Job Description
We are looking for an experienced service manager to support two services in Leeds, one being a 24/7 Supported Living Service in Wetherby for three people with moderate learning difficultiesand some mental health problems with a small outreach package attached, the second service is for a gentleman living in Leeds 7 in his family home for 70 hours of outreach work per week. The gentleman has a rare syndrome which does cause him to experience challenging behaviour. The service manager will also be expected to develop further work in the area as and when the opportunity arises. An NVQ level 4 in Leadership and Management of Care would be desirable. if not a willingness to work towards. Driver essential. A person centred approach and flexibility is also essential.
