Job Description
Our Client (a major player in the power industry) is looking to recruit a Trainee Parts Coordinator to be part of their large scale expansion plans.
The Successful applicant will report directly to the parts manager, and will work closely with the repair engineering department; assisting with the day to day operations for parts repair coordination.
Duties & Responsibilities will consist of:
- Assisting with Parts & HGPP Management (Roll-in/Roll-out Plans = RIRO Plans)
- Assisting with Parts Repair Management
- Creation of documentation associated with purchasing processes
- Maintain HGPP outage documentation (Pre & Post Outage)
- Management of repair processes liaising with repair vendors and internal departments
- Maintain and issue all monthly reports to senior management
- Other suitable tasks from time to time
- Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times
. Person Specification:
① Education:
School Leaver with good “A” level results
② Fluency in business English, other languages desirable but not essential
③ Computer knowledge and mastery of common software packages for office work
④ Aspirations to grow within a growing multinational company
