Job Description
Administrative Assistant
Salary £12,500
Full time hours 9.00am to 5:00pm
Based Leeds city centre
An exciting role has arisen to join a well know law firm in Leeds city centre. Working as part of the administration team you will help and assist other team members with a wide range of administration duties.
Main duties:
Checking information provided is correct by contacting people by email and telephone
Maintaining the company databases
Answering the telephone and taking messages
Handling incoming post
Maintaining a filing system
Providing back-up support for individual team members in cases of absence
Providing support to the Team Leader
Skills & Experience:
Previous office experience
Experience in using MS Office packages
Attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have 4 GCSE's at grade C (or equivalent)
The role will involve handling confidential information therefore discretion is of the utmost importance.
