Job Description

Part Time Sales Negotiator (2 to 3 days per week) Based Leeds Salary £8.55 per hour We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator for a well established property company based in Leeds. Main Duties: Booking viewings Negotiating offers Vendor updates Sales progression Closing deals Working to set targets Skills & Experience: Sales negotiator experience within estate agency Detailed knowledge of all aspects of property selling Basic knowledge of the legal aspects of property conveyancing Basic knowledge of the laws surrounding estate agency such as the Estate Agents Act, Money Laundering, Town & Country Planning Act, Data protection etc. In depth knowledge of the Property Misdescriptions Act An understanding of the external commercial factors which at time to time may affect business Lettings & Property Management Proven selling ability Problem solving and negotiation Presentation and communication Teamwork, flexibility and initiative Time management and organisation Marketing, business development and networking Sound IT skills for the case management system as well as word, excel, publisher, email and the internet Ability to motivate and drive, others as well as themselves Due to the amount of response we receive, unfortunately we are not able to give feedback to individuals, if you have not heard back within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful for the role you have applied for.
