Job Description
PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK - £NEG - EXCELLENT BENEFITS + FREE PARKING
Our client is an award winning leading organisation based in East Leeds and they are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team ensuring that all supplier invoices are processed and paid within the agreed timescales
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Processing of supplier invoices which includes the logging of all invoices received and ensuring that all invoices are paid to agreed terms
- Resolve supplier queries via email or phone which may include requesting copy invoices whilst ensuring that they comply with VAT guidelines. Will be required to liaise with both internal & external contacts
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
PERSON SPECIFICATION
You MUST have previous Purchase Ledger experience and have worked to tight deadlines, be competent in using Excel and Access databases
