Job Description
Sales Negotiator / Property Sales
Based in Leeds
Salary £14,000-16,000 £30k OTE
A well know Property Company based in the centre of Leeds are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team.
Responsibilities will include registering applicants, arranging/accompanying viewings, proactively seeking new business opportunities and sourcing leads from own initiative.
The right candidate will be a confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with an out-going, dynamic personality, excellent telephone manner and the ability to multi task. Persuasive communication skills and the confidence to be comfortable acting in an advisory capacity to people of all ages and from all social backgrounds. You are also, most importantly, a strong team player.
To apply for this role you must have at least 2-3 years' experience in sales-related capacity an advantage but full training offered to the right person.
