Company

An independently owned specialist Legal Recruiter with strategically placed offices across the UK. They specialise in Private Practice, In House and Legal Executive/Paralegal positions on a temporary and permanent basis.

They have a very successful established team and are a leading name in Legal Recruitment. Due to growth within the business they are now looking for an additional consultant.

Role

• You will be required to recruit experienced legal professionals on a permanent basis either into private practice firms or in-house legal teams.

• This will involve you demonstrating a number of skills including networking, relationship and knowledge building, candidate generation and business development.

• This is a warm desk, but you will need to have the ability to grow this and understand the importance of delivering a first rate service to both your candidates and clients.

Requirement

• You will be an experienced recruitment consultant with demonstrable experience recruiting either in the Legal Sector or in Professional Services.
• You will be a result driven individual with the ability to build a reputation for yourself based on quality of service.
• Ideally you will have an interest in the Legal sector in general and will be willing to constantly expand on your knowledge.
