Job Description

My client, a well established manufacturer based in north Leeds, has a really exciting opportunity for a confident and outgoing Customer Service Administrator.

Duties include:

  • Acting first point of contact for customers, both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Quality assurance.
  • Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their orders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Obtaining referrals from existing customers
  • General administrative support where needed.

Candidate requirements:

  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Presentable and personable character.
