Job Description
My client, a well established manufacturer based in north Leeds, has a really exciting opportunity for a confident and outgoing Customer Service Administrator.
Duties include:
- Acting first point of contact for customers, both face to face and over the telephone.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Processing customer orders.
- Quality assurance.
- Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their orders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Obtaining referrals from existing customers
- General administrative support where needed.
Candidate requirements:
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Adaptable and flexible attitude.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Presentable and personable character.
