Job Description
Temporary Telesales Executive (Customer Service Team)
Based Leeds (LS10)
Salary £6.75 per hour
Immediate start
This is a lovely role working for a training organisation. You will deal with queries and maintain excellent customer service levels. You will be required to contact previous course participants in order to attain feedback on value and course contact in order to maintain high service standards and promote continuous improvement.
The ideal candidates should be available immediately and have an excellent telephone manner in addition to strong PC skills and previous experience working in an office environment
