Debt Recovery Executive / Collections Executive Based Leeds Salary £16k + Uncapped Commission

We are looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Executive for a company based in Leeds.

Duties include: To ensure all debts are dealt with, processed & telephoned in order to obtain payment for clients as speedily as possible. To achieve targets set To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. To ensure that there is open and effective communication at all times

Detailed responsibilities: To ensure all accounts are collected or closed our within any time frame specified by the each client. Ensure client, debtor & third party correspondence is actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Ensure all accounts are kept up-to-date in accordance with the diary dates thereon Ensure all accounts are handled as per client and management instructions Ensure agreements are reviewed regularly

The starting Salary is £16,000.00 plus bonus if targets are achieved these range from £20 per month up to £250-£300 and are uncapped so the harder a collector works the more they will earn.

The company are operational 8-8 Monday to Thursday 8-7 Friday and 9-1 Saturday Shifts are 2 x 8-4, 2 12-8 and 9-5 on a Friday Plus on a rota basis 1 x 11-7 shift on a Friday and 1 Saturday in 3.
