LITIGATION DEBT RECOVERY EXECUTIVE - FINANCE LITIGATION, LAW FIRM
£15-17K DOE - EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE
6 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Our client is a leading law firm based in Leeds City Centre and they are looking for an experienced Litigation Debt Recovery Executive to join their Finance Litigation Team.
JOB SPECIFICATION
You will be responsible for:
Responsible for own portfolio of clients and maximising revenue
Making decisions on whether to litigate on each case and undertaking the correct procedure
Following cases through from start to finish
Liaising with clients and customers, negotiating payment arrangements etc
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Previous debt recovery/collections experience
Clear credit history i.e. no CCJ's / Defaults
