Job Description
Our client is a leading financial services organisation in Leeds and they are recruiting for a number of Collections Exceutives to join their expanding team
You will be responsible for:
- Managing your own portfolio of accounts
- Contacting customers who are in arrears via email/letter or telephone
- Taking payments via credit/debit card
- Negotiating realistic payment plans
- Working towards targets
