CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - C£16.5K PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS AND FREE PARKING

Our client is a leading financial services organisation based in Leeds and they are looking for a professional, astute and confident Customer Service Administrator to join their successful, friendly and highly skilled team

JOB SPECIFICATION

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking incoming calls from business customers and dealing with their queries, providing updates of their account
  • Providing customers with copy documentation when required
  • Maintaining customers' internet based accounts and updating within necessary information
  • Correspond via bespoke email and letter
  • Providing a high level of customer services

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Previous customer service experience gained within Financial Services
  • Grades C and above in Maths and English (or equ)
  • Professional, friendly and helpful manner
