Our client is a leading financial services organisation based in Leeds and they are looking for a professional, astute and confident Customer Service Administrator to join their successful, friendly and highly skilled team

JOB SPECIFICATION
You will be responsible for:
- Taking incoming calls from business customers and dealing with their queries, providing updates of their account
- Providing customers with copy documentation when required
- Maintaining customers' internet based accounts and updating within necessary information
- Correspond via bespoke email and letter
- Providing a high level of customer services
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Previous customer service experience gained within Financial Services
- Grades C and above in Maths and English (or equ)
- Professional, friendly and helpful manner
