Job Description

QUALITY CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR - £15-17.5K PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS AND FREE PARKING

Our client is a market leading financial services organisation based in Leeds and they are looking for a Quality Control Administrator to join their experienced and successful team. 

You will be responsible for the quality control of correspondence and documentation within the department as well as quality auditing of customer service telephone calls to ensure that SLA's and FSA guidelines have been adhered to.

JOB SPECIFICIATION

  • Quality checking of correspondence and documentation of other teams within the department
  • Monitoring of amendments made to customers accounts
  • Call monitoring of customer service calls
  • Providing feedback to the team leaders/managers of other departments
  • Indentify instances of non-compliance and raising these to the relevant manager

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Previous experience within quality control/auditing is essential gained in an office environment
  • Experience of working within financial services is desirable
