Job Description
Our client is the UK’s leading provider of hydraulic systems, distribution sales and services to the industrial market sector. The company now wishes to recruit an Internal Technical Sales person.
The role requires a sales and results orientated individual, who must be proactive, taking responsibility for providing excellent levels of customer service, both internally and externally. The position involves business development to generate new sales in addition to working with existing customers.
In order to succeed in this role the successful candidate will preferably have:
• Technical Sales experience in the Hydraulic or Industrial Industry
* Be enthusiastic, well organised, have a confident manner with excellent ICT skills
* Proven sales record, ability to generate interest and convert quotations to orders
* Excellent verbal communication skills, written capability
* Must have a ‘customer focused attitude with a high level of attention to detail
* Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work as a team or as an individual
* Have a high standard of education
* Ability to visit customers to further business relationships and development as required
