Job Description

PA / Office Manager Based Huddersfield Salary £25 - £30k + Bonus + Commission!

An amazing opportunity has arisen to work for my client based in Huddersfield, they are looking to recruit an Executive PA / Office Manager to work for the Managing Director... the company is young, fast growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial. They pride ourselves on having an open culture in which success is rewarded.

The Managing Director requires a genuinely hardworking, dependable and dynamic individual to provide an anchor point in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Tasks

Administration: To ensure that all administrative processes are 'best in class' enabling the business to succeed. To develop a diary management and CRM system for the MD and other staff.To provide basic administrative support in the form of document, letter writing, word processing, developing structure maps etc.To create and administer reports, business plans, project plans and others as appropriate to enable better business functionality.To act as an intermediary point for all clients of the MD.To manage incoming email on behalf of the MD.To collate agenda and relevant papers for the weekly trading meeting and track any action points.Database administration including management of contact information.

Office Management: To provide an 'anchor point' within the office, managing the research and administration team. This is to include HR and day to day supervision.Chair and manage team meetings.

Finance: To support the MD, external book-keeper and accountants in the delivery of the company accounts and day to day financial administration.To support the MD in the day to day and longer term cash flow management of the business.

Marketing: Support the MD in the development and management of Business Development and CRM Reports.

Property: To work with the MD in managing the property estate: ensuring that the operations of this run smoothly.

HR: Day to day supervision of the team including managing holidays, sickness, payroll etc.

Essential Skills: Good academicsPrevious PA / Secretarial experience Driving license Experience of a sales led environment (desirable) Strong MS Office, particularly Excel skills Creative / project management software experience would be welcomedExcellent communication skills able to act as an ambassador of the company
