Job Description

Early Stage Collections Officer - £15k plus bonus, free parking and excellent benefits packing incl. generous holiday entitlement

Our client is a leading professional services organisation based in Leeds City Centre and they are looking for a career driven, resiliant and professional candidate who has telephone based experience gained within a legal or financial services environment who wish to persue a career within collections/debt recovery.

You will be responsible for your own portfolio of accounts, contacting customers who have fallen into arrears and requesting payment via telephone, email and letters

You will be taking payments via credit/debit card, negotiating payment arrangements and/or setting up direct debits. You will be responsible for defaulting customers and progressing their account through to late stage collections

To be considered for this role you MUST have either sales, customer service or collections experience gained in a financial services or legal environment. You MUST also have a clear credit history i.e. no CCJ's or Defaults
