Job Description
My client is currently recruiting an NPD Executive to join their existing, growing team.
Purpose of the role is to support the day to day operation of the NPD team within the site, to learn and develop an understanding of the industry, the interfaces with both internal and external customers and the process in relating to these in line with the product requirements and the skill set of the Technologist, to assist development Managers/Technologists in the achievement of Product/Project launch targets, to assist in the management and development of the raw material base by administering QC checks, raw material evaluations.
Daily duties will include
Preparing and second checking Artworks where required
Drive a continuous improvement agenda for the laboratory
Ensure optimised use of materials on the working capitals list
Assist in the Product Development launch activity
Support the team in administrative duties including printing artwork, data management of raw materials and ensuring the quality systems are kept up to date.
The successful candidate must be a flexible, dynamic and hands on individual who will assist the development team, organised and a strong attention to detail, computer literate in Word and Excel
This position is development role towards a Technologist role, Ideally you will be from a FMCG organisation.
