Graduate Recruitment Consultant This role is based in LS1 Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary Negotiable + generous commission structure

THE ROLE: We are currently searching for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant ideally with a background in new business generation / B2B sales / telesales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, forward thinking organisation that can offer an uncapped commission structure along with an excellent basic salary.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: It is expected that the person appointed will have a minimum of one year's Sales / New Business generation experience with a proven track record of achievement to support their application. Ideally, a recruitment background coupled with the resilience and tenacity to succeed within a challenging and financially rewarding environment. This is primarily a new business role and therefore you must have the ability to build strong relationships and maximise sales at every opportunity – you will have an established database to work with along with established accounts to manage.
