Recoveries Executive / Mortgage Shortfall Collections Specialist Based Leeds Salary up to £17,000 Depending on Experience 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Our client is looking for an experience collections specialist to join their successful team. The ideal candidate will have proven collections experience preferably in the area of mortgage shortfall, be an excellent negotiator and can demonstrate success when working to targets. The role will involve managing your own caseload of approximately 1000 files Analysing facts and advice the best options in that scenario to clients and debtors Negotiating the best possible payments Dealing with incoming post from debtors/3rd parties and clients on a daily basis Set and monitor on-going payment arrangements Dealing with all queries/disputes in their entirety If you would like to work for the market leader in debt recovery send your CV immediately!
