Managing Consultant – Accountancy and Finance, Leeds

Position
- An experienced and proven Branch Manager is now required to help facilitate their growth strategy for 2011 & 12 by maintaining and developing this successful branch, potentially branches.
- This will be a role where you will be responsible for Perm & Temp revenue, building a successful team, managing and mentoring the branch to achieve set targets.
- The role will involve all aspects of being a branch manager including sales, service, recruitment and office support with full P&L responsibility.
- You will also be responsible for your revenue targets within the Accountancy and Finance market.
Requirements
- You will ideally have at least 18 months branch management experience ideally in financial services.
- You will have the ongoing passion and desire to succeed within the recruitment industry, and the ambition to further your career.
- Sales minded and self-starting, with natural leadership qualities you will possess the relevant personal management skills to drive your branch forward.
