Job Description
Orchard Care Homes are looking for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at our purpose-built home, in Kidderminster. Working 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7.
The home is a 37 bedded Residential Care Home.
Our ideal candidate will have a valid nursing pin, have great communication skills, experience of working in a similar sized residential setting at a senior level, experience of administering medication, experience in caring for dementia sufferers, focus and drive.
We want the management team in our homes to lead by example, be fun yet professional and believe firmly in our ethos of delivering the very best care.
