Probate Recoveries Agent/Probate Collections Agent Salary £16,500 Based Leeds

Our client based in Leeds City centre is looking for a probate collection agent to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation that provides an excellent working environment and opportunities to progress.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements: The ideal candidate should have a professional telephone manner and be an excellent listener Strong keyboard skills and computer literacy Ability to organise own work load Experienced negotiator Customer contact experience over the phone in an environment that demands tact, diplomacy and empathy Call centre experience dealing with customers over the phone and by letter
