Job Description
WEEKEND NEGOTIATOR
WAKEFIELD
£7.00PH + COMMISSION
My client well established Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Weekend Negotiator for their Wakefield office.
You will be required to work Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
Duties will include-
- Identify potential buyers and secure viewings
- Follow up viewing and secure offers
- Undertake negotiations
- Give prompt reports on progress and successful sales
- Achieve Individual targets
- Adhere to companies best practice
- Cross sale into Financial Services
To apply for this role-
- Must have experience in Lettings or Sales
- UK Driving License and use of your own car
- Proven track record within sales
- Local Knowledge
- Well presented with a excellent telephone manner
