Job Description
Customer Service Internet Advisor
Based Bradford
Salary: £16,500
Owing to expansion our client is looking for an experienced customer service internet advisor to join their successful team.
The Role:
To manage all aspects of the internet channel by answering calls and emails within same day service standards
Be able to work with the e-commerce team on improvements that you have identified to ensure we are delivering a seamless customer experience through this channel
Experience and Skills required:
Experience in handling online calls and emails
Excellent standard of English and be able to demonstrate sound grammatical skills
Ability to communicate with other business areas confidently and be able challenge processes and procedures that require improvements
Knowledge of internet and ecommerce processes
