Job Description

As the sole supplier to the LTHT for all their non medical fixed term staff, we are currently recruiting for an admin coordinator to work on a contractual basis. The role will be working full time, Mon- Fri, 8.30-17.00, with the right candidate starting ASAP.

The main duties will reverberate around providing admin support to senior executive assistants, and this will typically include:

  • Filing, faxing, photocopying.
  • Replying to written correspondence.
  • Formating and drafting microsoft documents.
  • Diary management.
  • Minute taking.
  • Liasing with very senior executives within the organisation.
  • Any other duties deemed relevant by your hiring manager.

The prefered candidate will have worked in a similar capacity previously, have the relevant qualifications, and be able to start at short notice. However, if you have; a good level of PC literacy, a professional telephone manner, and believe that you have the skills set for the role, then do not hesitate to apply by using the online facility available.
