Job Description
Operations Support Administrator
Based Leeds City Centre
Salary £12,500 (£13,500 after 6 months)
Main duties:
Receipt and control of inbound mail
Generation and control of outbound correspondence
appropriate destination
Management and control of facilities requests for the department, fulfilling in-house requirements, and liaise with 3rd party suppliers where necessary to resolve escalated issues
Stock control of all associated products to fulfill mail, hospitality and departmental requirements
Welcoming and control of visitors including switchboard, clerical and hospitality requirements
Applicants must have some previous administration experience and good GCSE results or equivalent.
