Job Description
Property Negotiator / Lettings Negotiator
Salary: £16 - £18k
Based Wakefield
We are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator for a property company based in Wakefield
Main Duties:
Registering tenants and talking to potential tenants
Arranging and attending viewings as and when required
Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants
Confident telephone manner
Business Development
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a lettings or sales background
Proven track record in a target driven sales environment
Possess a full UK driving license
