Job Description
Property Administrator / Receptionist
Salary £15k
Based Leeds
We are looking to recruit a professional Administrator who will be responsible for managing front of house at a well-known estate Agent in Leeds.
Duties include:
Providing all round administrational support to the in-house Maintenance team
Liaising with clients, visitors, property owners and contractors
Manage diaries and schedules property maintenance works
To prepare estimates/ quotations and invoices
Skills & Experience:
Previous office experience gained within the property industry is required
Good standard of education (GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent)
Good knowledge of MS Office
Must be smart & well presented at all times and have a professional friendly attitude
