Job Description

Lettings Negotiator Based Leeds £Negotiable

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-known property company based in Leeds.

Main duties: Sourcing new properties to market Generating business by call calling and generating leads Instructing tenants into properties and dealing with all related administration Dealing with any property issues including maintenance

Skills & Experience: Experience of working in a property environment ideally from a Lettings background Excellent communication and organisation skills Ability and confidence to win new business A driving licence and own transport is preferred but is not essential
