Job Description
We are currently looking for somebody to help with the day to day coordination of a transport fleet across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
Job role:
Use IT system to organise fleet most efficiently
Effectively communicate instructions to the fleet drivers
Accurately record all bookings and fleet information on to IT system
General clerical and administrative office tasks
Answering the phone and taking messages whilst always giving good customer service.
The role is a full time position, working a variety of shifts that would include early starts, evenings and weekends. The position is to start as soon as possible and following a successful 13 week temporary, probation period the role would become permanent. Potential applicants should be aware that the working environment is in an office in an industrial setting.
All applicants should be able to demonstrate previous office based experience on their CV and highlight instances where they have used different computer systems and utilised excellent communication skills.
