Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to work part time for one of our NHS cleints. The hours of work will be:

Mon - Thur, 12pm until 5pm + Fri: 12pm until 4.30pm

Your main duties will reverberate around provding a front of house service to a very busy reception desk. This will encompass a variety of duties, with the main ones being:

Providing advice both in person and over the phone. Inputting data on the in house system. Taking calls and giving messages to the relevant people. Dealing with referal documents, and scanning/faxing them to the correct facility. Any other duties deemed relevant by your direct manager.

This role will involve working between 2 different sites, with one being based in Armley and the other in Morley, so applicants must posses a driving licence and have access to their own transport.
