Job Description

Lettings Negotiator Salary up to £14,000 Location (Bradford BD11)

An exciting opportunity to work within branch for this small chain of independent property and lettings businesses. Ideally you should have previous lettings experience and have the ability to build excellent rapport and whilst multitasking and delivering excellent customer service. Based just outside Bradford the company offer an excellent working environment and progression.

Duties include: Answering inbound calls and enquiries Liaising with landlords and tenant's Arranging property checks and inspections Preparing tenancy agreements Arranging property repairs and liaising with contractors Typing new property details and information. Updating the company website Preparing correspondence

Ideally you should have a minimum of 1 years property experience, be of smart appearance and have a professional and articulate approach.
