Job Description
Property Sales Negotiator
Based Leeds
Salary £15,600 with OTE of £19,000 and excellent company benefits
This is an excellent role working with a leading agency who are quality driven and focused on delivering a high level of service. Working out of one of either 2 branches based in South Leeds you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of the negotiation of residential property, liaising with vendors and purchasers.
You should have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and targets. Professional and enthusiastic you will be working as part of a busy team and a friendly demeanor. Ideally you should have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience working in residential sales and have excellent customer service skills

Working hours Monday- Friday 9.00-5.30pm (1 hour lunch).
