Job Description
Litigation Debt Recovery Officer - £18-20k - Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading professional services organisation based in Leeds City Centre and they are looking for an experienced Litigation Debt Recovery Officer to join their successful and experienced team
You will be responsible for:
1) Responsible for a caseload of litigation cases and taking appropriate actions
2) Issuing processings and taking legal action
3) Attachment of earning
4) Applying for county court judgements
5) Liaising with various 3rd parties
To be considered for this role you MUST have previous litigation debt recovery experience and have the knowledge and experience to execute the duties listed above
