Job Description
We are recruiting for a HR Manager to work for a local NHS Trust. This is a full time 6 months contract post, with the successful candidate to start on the 31/10/2011.
Rate of pay £15.62ph
Job Purpose
- To provide a professional, comprehensive, pragmatic and well-informed HR Management support service to managers and staff within a designated Clinical Business Unit and Corporate Support Units
- To Develop and implement Trust wide, and Directorate, HR policies, procedures and strategies
- To provide professional HR advice to the Trust on organisational change issues e.g. TUPE transfers, redeployments, reconfigurations etc.
