Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Based Leeds
£16000 - £18,000 + uncapped bonus
Established 20 years ago this well-known and well respected consultancy are widely recognised as one of the leading consultancies in Accountancy recruitment in the North of England, with a client base that includes the majority of the UK's (and world's) leading 'Top 10' professional service firms and blue chip companies.
The business are currently looking for a high calibre, highly motivated graduate to embark on a career initially as a Researcher with a view to moving into a full consulting role once fully established. This will initially mean working alongside an experienced Consultant in your field where you will have a pivotal role in mapping out the market, candidate attraction as well as formulating client business development strategies.
Experience in account management/business development is preferable though not a must, the over-riding requirements are those of enthusiasm, drive and tenacity (this is an area with a high earning potential for those that work hard and succeed), professionalism (you will be dealing with senior business people) and a passion to develop a career in recruitment.
