Job Description
DEBT RECOVERY EXECUTIVE - £15-16.5K PLUS BONUS AND EXCELLENT BENEFITS
Our Leeds based client, who is a reputable and well known top performing company, is seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Executive to join their expanding team
You will be responsible for:
1) A portfolio of debtors who have fallen into arrears with their accounts and contacting them via telephone (non dialler) and letters
2) As you will have a mix of different account in various stages within the debt recovery process you will be responsible for making decisions based on the best outcome for the client to maximise return i.e. legal action etc
3) Taking full outstanding payments or negotiating payment arrangements
4) Liaising with 3rd parties i.e. Debt Management Agencies, clients and 3rd party solicitors
5) Working towards financial based targets ensuring FSA Regulations and Quality
To be considered for this role you MUST have previous debt recovery experience i.e. telephone based or face to face and ideally have a working knowledge of the litigation process, however, this is not essential
