Job Description
Team Secretary - c£23k - Financial Services
Our client is a leading financial services organisation based in Leeds who are seeking a team secretary on a 12mth fixed term contract
You will be reponsible for:
Providing support to the HOD for compliance and risk
Diary management and organising meetings
Responsible for compling agendas, taking minutes in meetings and distributing and chasing actions
Record and monitor departments sickness and holidays
Complie, collate and distribute various reports
Organising of various events and seminars
Booking travel and accommodation
Various other administration duties when required
To be considered for this role you will have a wealth of administration/secretarial experience gained within Financial Services and ideally have worked within compliance and risk and have a good understanding of "TCF", "KYC" and "FSA Guidelines"
