Job Description

Recoveries Executive / Collections Executive / Debt Recovery Executive / Telephone Negotiator Based Leeds Salary £14 - £16k

We are looking to recruit a Recoveries Executive for a company based in Leeds city centre.

Duties: Managing own caseload of approximately 1000 files Analysing facts and advising of best options in that scenario to clients and debtors negotiating best possible payments Dealing with incoming post from debtors/3rd parties and clients on a daily basis Dealing with all queries/disputes in their entirety Conducting meetings with clients alone and with other representatives Advising and reporting to clients Dealing with other interested parties such a solicitors, CAB and Debt Management companies Drafting bespoke letters to clients, 3rd parties and debtors, ensuring these are clear/concise Keeping accurate file notes of all work carried out

Skills & Experience Required: Knowledge of trigger figures and ability to set and monitor ongoing payment arrangements Literate and numerate (grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English) Able to display excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible towards working hours/shifts Able to prioritise their work and work on their own initiative A team player Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Packages

Hours: Late - 12.00 - 8.00 x 2 Early - 8.00 - 4.00 x 2 Friday (long) 9.00 - 5.00 Saturday (long) 8.00 - 12.00

Late - 12.00 - 8.00 x 2 Early - 8.00 - 4.00 x 2 Friday (short) 8.00 - 11.00
