Job Description
Equity Release Advisor
Based Leeds
Salary £20k plus realistic OTE of £45k.
Working for this award winning organisation who are currently expanding the business specialise in equity release. The business is expanding and currently looking for new talent, therefore is an excellent prospect for ambitious and forward thinking individuals. To apply for this role
Ideally the person should be CMAP and or CeRER qualified
Able to sell equity release to clients converting enquiries into sales
Giving of accurate and impartial advice
Follow up on hot leads, responding to marketing activity
Working to monthly sales targets
Possess a professional, customer focused individual is required
You should have a proven successful track record within a regulated sales role
Possess effective time management skills
Hold recent experience of giving telephone based financial advice
Excellent commission scheme
