Job Description

Compliance/Quality Administrator - £15-16k PLUS competitive benefits package

Our client is a leading professional services organisation based in Leeds City Centre and they are recruiting for a Compliance/Quality Administrator to join their successful team that support and ensure compliance within the rest of the designated business area

You will be responsible for:

Responsible for ensuring internal and external compliance and quality on all correspondence/telephone calls/transactions etc Checking all transactions/amendments etc that have been carried out on clients accounts are accurate Call monitoring of customer service calls for compliance and quality Highlighting any breaches to the relevant senior manager and providing feedback to the relevant Manager

You MUST have previous compliance / quality / auditing experience ideally gained within the professional services industry and possess a grade C and above in Maths & English (or equivalent)
