Job Description
Collections Officer - North Leeds - £16k PLUS Free Parking, Bonus and competitive benefits package
Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation based in North Leeds and they are looking for experienced Debt Recovery Officers to join their expanding and successful team.
You will be responsible for:
Collecting outstanding monies via telephone, email and letter
Actioning incoming post in a timely manner
Taking payments from customers via credit / debit card
Negotiating payment arrangements with customers
Liaising with clients and dealing with any queries
To be considered for this role you MUST have previous Debt Recovery / Collections experience
