Collections Officer!!!
£15k PLUS commission PLUS free parking PLUS benefits
Our client is a leading financial services organisation based in Leeds and they are looking for an Early Stage Collections Officer to make outbound calls to customers who have fallen into arrears with their account.
You will be responsible for taking payments, making and negotiating payment arrangements and reassessing customers financial circumstance in order to get their account up to date. You will also be responsible for using your decision making skills in defaulting customers and referring their account to the litigation team
To be successful for this position you MUST have previous collections experience, have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
