Job Description
My client is a leading professional services organisation based in Leeds City Centre and they are looking for an Early Stage Collections Officer to join their successful team.
You will be responsible for contacting customers that have recently falled into arrears with their payments and requesting payments that bring their account up to date
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is wanting to work for a leading law firm and start their career within collections where personal development and training is available on a 1:2:1 basis
To be considered for this role you MUST have telephone based customer services / collections or office administration experience
