Early Stage Collections Officers £16k PLUS Bonus PLUS Parking PLUS Benefits!!!!
My client is looking for an Early Arrears Collections Officer to join their successful team. You will be responsible for speaking with clients that have defaulted on their payment arrangements and getting their account on to recourse.
You will be: making outbound calls to clients, taking payments, negotiating payment plans and understanding why their account has gone into arrears
You MUST have telephone based experience ideally within Collections or have the desire to want to pursue a career within Debt Recovery.
